2. Booking and Payment Conditions
- Confirmation: Reservations are only confirmed after payment of the total amount or a deposit previously stipulated at the time of booking.
- Payment Methods: We accept bank transfer, MB Way, and cash payment on site (by prior agreement). In the case of transfer, it is mandatory to send the respective proof of payment.
- Validity: Failure to pay within the stipulated period leads to the automatic cancellation of the pre-booking.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation by the Customer: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the start of the activity entitle you to a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice or a "no-show" imply the total loss of the amount paid.
- Cancellation by Bontour: The safety and comfort of our customers are our priority. If there are conditions (weather, logistics, or force majeure) that do not allow the tour to be carried out safely, Bontour will cancel the event, offering the option of rescheduling to a new date or a full refund.
4. Limitation of Liability
- Insurance: We operate in strict compliance with Portuguese law, and all our tourist activities are covered by mandatory Personal Accident and Civil Liability insurance.
- Safety Instructions: Bontour declines any responsibility for accidents, injuries, or mishaps resulting from failure to comply with the safety rules transmitted by our guides and collaborators.
- Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for damage, loss, or theft of personal belongings and valuables during our tours.
5. Age and Health Requirements
- Minors: The participation of minors under 18 years of age requires the accompaniment of a responsible adult or prior written authorization from parents or legal guardians.
- Health Condition: The customer declares to have the necessary physical conditions for the practice of the chosen activity (for example, mobility for walking or boarding).
- Specific Restrictions: Certain activities may have additional health and safety restrictions, which will be communicated at the time of booking. Our staff reserves the right to prohibit the participation of any person who appears not to meet safety conditions or who is under the influence of alcohol or narcotics.
6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with Portuguese Legislation.
For the resolution of any dispute that may arise from the interpretation or execution of this contract that cannot be resolved amicably, the parties determine the Court of the District of Viana do Castelo as competent, with express waiver of any other.
