- Booking and Billing Data: Retained for 10 years, as per legal fiscal requirements in Portugal.

By ticking the option “I authorize the capture and sharing of my image (photograph/video) in the terms described above”, available in the form sent to the client before the tour, the client gives their consent for the capture of images and/or videos of their person, as well as for their subsequent availability, via a restricted access link, with all the photographs and videos captured, to the participants of the respective tour.
Refusal of consent does not affect participation in the tour, and the client must inform the organization, on the day of the tour, so that their image is not captured.
The consent given can be withdrawn at any time, however, it does not compromise the lawfulness of the processing carried out until that date.
8. Use of Image for dissemination purposes on the Website and Social Networks
During the tours, photographs and/or videos of the participants may be captured, which may be used for the purposes of dissemination and promotion of Bontour Monção's activity, namely through the website and social networks.
By ticking the option “I authorize the use of my image for dissemination and promotion purposes of the entity Bontour Monção (website and social networks)” available in the form sent to the client before the tour, the client gives their consent for the sharing of their images and/or videos on the social networks and/or website of the entity, being aware that these, once available online, are likely to be used or disseminated by third parties.
Refusal of consent does not affect participation in the tour.
The consent given can be withdrawn at any time, however, it does not compromise the lawfulness of the processing carried out until that date.
